"Pretty bad experience! If you bought their items! You even couldn’t exchange to a different items in a week! Even you want to buy more items you ask them could u exchange this one! ?They said No! So I’m stop buying any items of Pandora , cause they don’t do exchange!!! Which I drove 30 mins here. Very disappointed of their customer service!!! Not reasonable! Don’t waste your money and time here.! Horrible experience!"

"Anna saved my Valentines Day!!! There was an issue with resizing a bracelet I had bought from the Joliet store, and that store not explaining it was a final sale and no refunds or resizing would be allowed. I went to the Bolingbrook store because they were the only one stocking the size I planned to exchange the bracelet for. While at the store I was informed I had been sold a final sale product and the companies policy was no exchanges or refunds. Luckily after calling Joliet back, in front of Anna, and her hearing they would not honor their sales persons promise to me; she took matters into her own hands and found the correct size and allowed an exchange. Simply Anna saved my entire Valentine's gift and I truly appreciate the understanding and badassness of her gesture. Anna rules and we'll be going back to her"

"Usually, I have a pleasant experience at this store. Customer service is usually great whenever I visit. Well this time me and my mother had gone in to look for some new items to buy since we had our Christmas gift cards to spend! Well we were attended by “Reina” who was unfortunately someone who should not be working at a customer service job due to her attitude. Pandora is such a nice store but this employee made the experience awful. Not even 30 minutes later I had to return to exchange a ring due to the size of a ring being too big… Well this “Reina” was the one to attend me again and told me that Pandora doesn’t do exchanges or returns on the items on sale. I didn’t even want to deal with her because it made things uncomfortable for me so I headed to a different Pandora where I found out this lady lied about the exchanges. She was also the “Sales lead” which makes me concerned. This store is usually great but with someone there leading this way I may have to rethink shopping here again."

"I went in here for the first time to get my bracelet cleaned. I was greeted immediately, as there was no one else in the store. (Just the 3 store associates) Of the 3 associates, one of them said oh I can help you. She immediately took the bracelet, came back with a sheet that had a picture of my bracelet on it. Told me to sign it and print my name. She asked if I was coming back to get my bracelet today I told her I would be. I asked how long, she said about 30 minutes. When I did go back to pick it up, I did not see that same store associate but there were others and all associates were with customers. Someone did tell me they would be with me in a moment. When the guy finished with his customer, he didn’t come immediately over to me. He said someone would be with me in a moment. Then he asked if I was picking up a bracelet I told him yes. So I guess because it was such a small thing, and everyone else was still busy with their customers, he decided that at that moment he would help me. So he went in the back to grab it and bring it back. Maybe because this was the first time of me getting my bracelet cleaned, but man, it looked pretty great! Like brand new! I was shocked that the associate offered to put the bracelet on me before I left the store."
