"It’s a good store with 11% discounts ( I can never understand this ploy, they jack up the price and give u the refund!). Recently though, can not find someone to help with where the items is. Frustrating"

"We ordered a power tool for delivery last Sunday. We never received the item. Have called everyday since to the store with zero support or help. No one seems to know what they are doing and want to pass off the issue to someone else. We have a photo from the delivery company of the driver ‘delivering’ the item to the middle of our brick paved street, NOT to our driveway let alone doorstop. Called and spoke with store manager who told us it was not her problem. Couldn’t be bothered. Have no resort but to do a charge back on our credit card. Reaching out to corporate. Very very frustrated at the lack of customer service. We have been loyal customers for over 30 years. Well not anymore. I will be telling everyone I know about this experience."

"I brought my gallon paint cans in to the paint department while purchasing painting supplies and asked them to shake the cans since they sat for a few months. They put them in the shaker for me. One of the cans broke open in the shaker. When I asked if they could simply pour the paint into a new can, they said no because they were not supposed to shake it in the first place. When I asked why they didn’t tell me that they were going against policy and should’ve never shaken it in the first place, they gave a rude answer and refused to assist me unless I purchased a new paint can at the front of the store and returned to the paint department with my paid receipt. I did so and then they still would not pour the paint into the new can I bought from them, but would allow me to pour it myself, lending me their paint can opener."

"I like their products and stuff but I didn't like their "paint department" employees. It was 2 men there and although they were helpful well the younger guy was. But I was in that department for 45 minutes just about and no one asked if I needed help or even acknowledged me. I did wind up walking up to the younger guy and asked for help. He did answer my questions. But I'm so used to home Depot when they asked if you needed help before you even noticed they were there. But I know that's a different store but dang... I was clueless to paint and had alot of questions. I only asked the basics but I also walked away still curious... I went back and asked another question and the Young guy helped me again but the older guy never said a word to me. And then afterwards I was walking around looking for paint brushes and the older guy still never asked if I needed help or was I looking for something. Because I circled that area like 3-4 times before I found the brushes. Anyhow, the cashier up front was friendly and she even asked me a question about the paint... She asked. Was it a bright white... I said yes... So yeah overall I still love this store and will revisit. Also, I took pictures of the gorilla glue... It's excellently priced....."
