"HORRIBLE! I placed an online order, was notified the order was ready and went to pick it up. Less than half the order was fulfilled and all I got was excuses! DO NOT SHOP HERE or place online deliveries for here, they NEVER have anything and always have excuses! This was not the first time at this location!"

"Had a good selection was open pretty late too like 8:30. Had to go there to get some school supplies. The place was clean while it and organized any fashionable reasonable manner pet stores right next door to an Ikea's just to hop skip and a jump away with $1 hot dogs my friend you can't go wrong! Staff was good and helpful as well and making us find our purchase items."

"Very poor service. On a Sunday evening I called to find out if they can replace the glass on a picture. Was told yes they do. I told the person I would either be in that night or the next day. I showed up one hour before close that night, and was told the person in the frame department had just left and wouldn't be back until Tuesday around 11:00 am. I asked if someone could just tag the picture with my name and number so i could leave it. Was then told they have a policy that merchandise couldn't be left without someone in the frame department present. Several issues here... if you are going to have a policy like this then you should have a policy that the frame department remain open until closing. If it is known that the person wouldn't be back until Tuesday why wasn't I told that in my initial phone call. If a department is going to have different hours than the rest of the store perhaps you could publish it."

"I love this store. I'm not very crafty but decided to try my hand at decorating my own centerpieces. They had all the paint (acrylic and spray), brushes, adhesive, and gems I needed. I also ended up buying Halloween decor, though I probably should have waited until Nov 1 because I'm sure the decor will be half off by then. Still very reasonably priced, there is ALWAYS a coupon available online, and sometimes they clerk will even apply a coupon at the register."

"They pretty much have everything you need for any art craft project. My girls can spend hours going through the whole store looking around. The friendly staff always help when you have any questions. We frequent this store quite a-lot."
