"If it was possible to give it half of one star I would not hesitate to. Sam's Radiators has been in business for "years" so they say.. If you want terrible service this is your place to come to. Dishonesty and horrible customer service should be placed somewhere along their windows. I took in my Semi-Truck Radiator in to have it looked at. I told the guy that speaks somewhat slurred english and calls you "partner" after every sentence to look at my Radiator and to replace everything needed to be replaced. He agreed and said Okay we will have it done by today. By the time I come back to pick up my radiator they charge me a whopping $400 for it. As I was inspecting the work that they did....it did not seem to me that they changed everything out. They only changed the top gasket of the radiator and said they flushed out the whole radiator to make sure it was clean. Turns out they only cleaned half of the radiator and did not change the lower gasket on the bottom of the radiator. I asked them why they did not change the lower gasket...the guy replied with, "Well YOU didn't tell me to do that...it's going to be $175 EXTRA".....I looked at him square in the face and said..."Do you recall what I said when I dropped off the radiator...?" He replied with, "yes, do what I need to do"....*take note that the bottom gasket of the radiator was burned and just by looking at it needed to be replaced...* As I argued with the man for 5 minutes about why he didn't change it the infamous answer that could only defend his case was by saying that I told him not to change it... And he's still wanting to charge me $175 Extra....?!? I ended leaving and paying the $400 dollars for half ass work and I found a location called Radiator King on S. Lamar... from the looks of it they seem more promising than Sams Radiator... Now I don't know if they wanted to charge me extra and rip me off because of my age...Whatever the case may be I recommend to find another place than this one...Unless you like half ass work and for them to pick at your wallet.."
