"I walked in and asked to have two tires changed. After not hearing anything from them for 3 hours I called the center and they said my car was done, when I went back up there to pickup my car and pay I realized they actually only changed one tire. I waited 3.5 hours for only one tire to be changed and when I asked why only one tire was done they said “Can you wait another 2 hours for the next one” Absolutely not. Almost 4 hours wasted and they wanted me to wait multiple more hours because of a mistake on their end. No discount offered just a “sorry, you can pay now” Horrible service"

"I recently went to Walmart car service for an oil change. On the website, it said that the price for a “Full-synthetic oil” change was $44.88 and that it included the following services: Battery performance check Air filter check Wiper blade check Transmission fluid check Washer fluid check & fill Power steering fluid check Differential fluid check However, when I got to the store, they told me that they only had a “Premium full-synthetic oil” option, which cost $54.88. They also did not perform any of the additional services listed on the website. They did not even reset the service warning on the odometer. I was very disappointed and frustrated with this service. I felt like I was misled by the website and overcharged by the store. I chose the full-synthetic oil because I wanted to take good care of my car and get the best value for my money. The additional services were also important for the maintenance and safety of my car. I would like to request a refund for the difference in price and an explanation for why the website and the store did not match. I would also like to receive the additional services that I paid for but did not get. I hope that Walmart will improve its car service quality and customer satisfaction in the future."

"Came in for oil change around 3pm, set down until 7:15 and told that they could not perform the service on the which is fine, but when I started my vehicle, it sounded weird and I smelt a burning smell while I drove back to my home, inspected and saw that they left the engine oil cap open. Went back to the Walmart and went to customer support center, and manager gave me oil bottles and told me to come back the next day and will get my car oil changed immediately. Welp when I went back for the next day, simply no-one knew about the incident and told me to kick rocks and wait in the line. I talked to manager, and was told to either wait 2 hours until new mechanic arrive and we will see. Good waist of my life."

"I came in to patch my new tire (*arrgh). Courteous staff, very affordable service. Took a while though, like an hour, probably cos they wanted to do a good job. I will always check with them first before I go someplace else for any car service."
