"It’s started off great. I drive in at 7am and with service for an oil change. An hour goes by and I receive my truck back. I paid around 80 bucks for the service. I get to work and my engine is running hot. I check under the hood and no engine coolant was added. I called the location. They told me that they don’t add engine coolant for an oil change service. 10 minutes someone on their team calls me back and tell me my Radiator hose is cut on top. It’s 9:30 and I’m at work at this point. NO ONE TOLD ME ANYTHING AT THERE LOCATION."

"UPDATE(2/6/24): I came to leave a review today and noticed I wrote the one below recently. I decided to add a star and a few more comments. Ryan gets 10 stars from me. I've been working with him for quite awhile and have found him the kind of person it's easy with whom to build a rapport and come to trust. That is outstanding when in an auto repair situation. I was currently facing a very large repair on a very old but reliable car, and I just could not decide whether to go ahead or to make this the time to get my next car. Ryan spent a lot of time helping me weigh this out and come to a decision. I couldn't possibly recommend this shop for auto repair needs more. Front desk staff is knowledgeable and work well with customers. I was there a few hours listening to both Ryan and Victor on the phones and with other customers and was impressed with them both. I took off one star as I was there longer than anticipated. But I also know this can happen."

"I have had the best experience with Sun Auto. I have taken my car there multiple times for oil changes, state inspections and any other maintenance/issues. The employees are always nice and friendly and take care of everything in a very timely manner. I recently went in and Ryan took care of me. He treated me so well, I felt very well taken care of. He truly makes me for confident in my car service. He has such great customer service. I will always continue to come here for car maintenance.
