"I made an appointment on a work day because this place is close by and I figured if they take appointments they’d honor the time, all I needed was a simple oil change which should be fast right? They estimated me two hours and clearly didn’t have any plan to honor the appointment, so it’s not even clear why they took it. I’m sure this place is great if you need more work done but for something simple I’m going elsewhere next time. Would have been nice to tell me up front that they wouldn’t be able to get me in when they said."
