"Avoid this business!!! This company allowed me to book an appointment for my vehicle, asking me for my vehicle make and model, then took it in for the appointment, held it for over an hour and then called me to tell me that you didn’t have the tires in stock. They wasted two hours of my time for absolutely nothing. When they informed me that they could get the tires in the next day, I took it to the dealership where I purchased my Audi, who were able to replace all four tires the very next morning for the exact same cost. I will never bring a vehicle into your company ever again. Even worse, when I explained to them that they should have known, whether or not, the tires were in stock before they started my appointment, the individual said he tried to call me the night prior, which was a complete lie seeing as that I made the appointment same day."

"I typically like to do my own maintenance on my vehicles as long as it's something relatively simple. I cannot rebuild a transmission or swap out my AC system but I know a thing or two about a thing or two. I used to drive a 2018 Toyota Camry LE for reference. I live across the street from Firestone and recognized the chain from before I moved to Austin. I went there initially for an oil change and I believe a tire rotation. I used to go to a place back home and they allowed me to bring in the oil and filters and charged me $20-$25 for the service or I would buy the oil and filters form them and it was closer to $85-$95. The oil change at Firestone was over priced and they only offered Pennzoil which is far from my favorite (Mobile 1, for those wondering what the best bang for your buck is). The second time I went to visit I was getting an alignment done and they upsold me on an alignment package which was basically $180, the price of two alignments, for a lifetime of alignments as long as it was that vehicle and I was the owner. Seemed like a pretty good deal, until one day I brough it in, having been in there a few times, and asked for two new tires, an alignment, and a tire rotation. They slapped two new tires on an that was it but made sure to charge me for everything. I asked to see the alignment report to see where they needed to be adjusted and they couldn't produce it. I then told them about my lifetime alignment package and they took it off the bill. I brought it in a third time, against my better judgement, asking for a tread depth on my older two tires to see their longevity and to have my brakes and rotors replaced. They quoted me $1200 for the front and rear brakes brakes. For reference the Toyota dealership in Austin quoted me at $1100 and they have OEM parts and mechanics. Still a rip off either way but I told them that was an absurd price. I ended up spending ~$300 on some tools and ~$250 on brakes and rotors off a auto parts website after doing some research on which parts were best and what to look out for. I replaced all for brakes myself in about 6 hours. That's $158/hour if they took 6 hours but they can do them all in 1 so not sure where the $950 is going. I also mentioned that I would need new tires soon on all four and would need an alignment. I said, "You really ought to turn this into practice, I have a free alignment on my account here, so any time my car gets dropped off, if it's out of alignment, just do it. The first thing you should look up is if the person walking through your door is a repeat customer and do they have an account with you." By the end I got a report saying that two tires needed to be replaced soon and two tires needed to be replaced that day. I brought my vehicle back one more time this time with a slightly different plan. I just said I need an alignment done and please measure my tires to see which ones need replacing. When I came to pick up my car they handed me the bill for the alignment and said all four tires were at 8 mm and no need to change any of them. That was two months after they told me I'd need an alignment and basically all four tires needed to be replaced. They price gouge, lie, cheat, and steal. The only reason I give them two starts instead of one is because I'm sure the work they do is great work and will stand up to almost any situation, but the trick is getting them to do it, not lie about it, and not price gouge you in the mean time. I will not be back and If I can convince anyone to do the same, I will."

"My car had a tire blow out on Friday night. I submitted an online appointment for Saturday for a tire replacement. The location called on Saturday and I explained why I was trying to get the tire replaced. They let me know they did not have the tire in stock and did not get deliveries on Sunday so we needed to set my appointment on Monday. I agreed to the appointment change on Monday, and thought that was it. Little did I know the location was calling around trying to find my tire which they did. They then called me back saying they were able to get it by Sunday after all. They did not have to do that extra push, but the extra day and going above and beyond for a customer was meaningful as my family needs two cars. This location has won a customer over from this exceptional service!"

"Every time we have gone here the different men at the front counter have been so welcoming and helpful. Manuel, the manager, has helped us twice to get our tires filled and has helped us connect to a place where they had our tires after taking time to put them in the garage and assess them at no charge. I appreciate the work they do, the speed at which they do things, as well as their professionalism. I don’t usually post but wanted to say THANK YOU several times!!"
