"Was very disappointed on how much they charge! I been to many places before heading there just to confirm if they were overpriced. All the other places had better offers ,plus they left some items unscrew that was unprofessional. I took my car somewhere else and they did a better job than these place. Don't go here, they will charge for parts that you can get somewhere else cheaper and good quality. Save yourself the trouble and the racism as well when spoken to me was really rude. As soon as they saw me walk in there whole body language changed. I still have the paperwork on how much they charged."

"They messed up, but went above and beyond to make it right. We purchased the Lifetime Tire, Rotation, Balance, and 4 Wheel Alignment package for our 2017 Dodge Journey AWD 12/8/23. Unfortunately, the front wheel lugs weren't snugged and made a notable popping sound as I pulled away. I stopped immediately and asked their techs to check, reset the rims, and firmly torqued all of the lugs. The car then drove correctly. Meanwhile, as they were now closed for the evening, I called the next morning to voice my concerns with store management. They immediately took responsibility and offered to reimburse us for our time and agreed thoroughly review safety protocols with all technicians to insure that no car leaves with loose lug nuts. We are very pleased with the final outcome and will happy to give them another chance the next time we need tires, shocks, or struts."
