"Wish I could give 0 stars. Guy came out and flipped my breaker back on then said that the capacitor and fan motor needed to be changed. The next day I called and said that I wanted to replace the motor and capacitor and put half down and also paid 129$ for their maintenance plan. Fast forward to about 3PM that afternoon and the breaker tripped about 6 times in an hour which is what it did the day before. I called ABA and asked if they can come and replace the capacitor now as that is what was causing the breaker to trip. The woman told me that they did not stock capacitors and only ordered them which I thought was ridiculous. I called a second company who did have capacitors and they came and installed a new one. I called ABA back and asked for a refund for the money I had put down for the capacitor and the fan motor as well as the 129 maintenance plan. Fast forward to now almost 2 weeks later and they are acting like I was never charged and I keep getting the runaround from them. I was told to call back Monday because the "person who handles refunds isn't in" which is what I was told a week ago. Next step is the better business bureau. I'm out over 300$ because of incompetence."
