"I love loius's YouTube channel and watch it alot and he has 4.9 stars on Google so what could possibly go wrong? I sent in a hard drive to recovery the data I had to ship it to Texas from new York ok then I didn't hear any updates because they matched my account with a different account I had made when I worked for someone else because it was on the same name and they sent all emails to that old email and I didn't receive any updates each time I had to call in to hear that they sent again an email to the wrong address... At the end I forced them to open a completely new account and I had to give them a different name for that! The hard drive was from a Windows PC and I talked to the technician about being able to do it. He said he wasn't sure but I believed I will be able to boot it I asked them he should put it on an internal hard drive but he said that they put it on an external hard drive so I can put it in into any PC. But I was sure you will make a clone so I should be able to boot into it But to my huge disappointment he just put a copy of the c drive in a folder on the hard drive... Super upset and disappointed."

Was hoping that if anyone could fix my Galaxy Book 2, it would be them but due to a lack of parts and right to repair laws there's simply no way and I'm left with an expensive paperweight. They did offer data recovery which is a good option if you absolutely must need your files back."

However, the Rossmann group really cares about their customer, and we eventually figured out something that works. The experience could be better, but it could be much worse, if not handled correctly by the customer service team. So a solid four-star, and a 4.5 star would be a more accurate evaluation."

"After spilling beer on my 2020 macbook pro keyboard, I mailed my computer from St. Louis to the Rossmann Repair Group. I was surprised by how quickly they were able to look at it! They replaced my sticky keyboard and shipped it back to me less than a month after I dropped it at UPS (even with the holidays!). The keyboard is working great now, and it was a huge comfort to know that there was no damage or corrosion on the more sensitive parts of my laptop. I was hesitant about shipping off my laptop to a shop in another state, but this truly was a great and easy experience. And it was definitely miles better than paying Apple $1300 for a laptop worth $650 when there wasn't even any major damage!"

"These guys are awesome! Called a bunch of shops around San Antonio and they all said the whole motherboard would need to be replaced after I spilled water on mine and it would cost me around 1000$ to fix it, not only that, all my data would be lost (might as well buy a new laptop). But these guys, not only they fixed what actually needed to be fixed, charged me with a very reasonable amount, saved all my data, but also were able to ship it back to me in San Antonio for 10$. Still can’t believe I got my laptop back with all it’s data and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Glad I bumped into these guys on YouTube, was worth a 2 hour drive! Also, whoever I talked and worked with was very nice and professional! You guys rock!"
