He went above and beyond to find the cause of a dripping sound in our bathroom vents, though this wasn't part of the service. We're still puzzled but now we know it's not the HVAC system itself! We feel well taken care of. Too bad the prices went up quite a bit, we really like being subscribers to the maintenance service plan (2x a year)!"

Dave diagnosed the issue and reconfigured the drain line with more slope and installed a shut off sensor to prevent damage to the system in the future. Very reasonable price and professional service.
