"The overnight staff is by far the most rudest staff that I ever came across. The mere fact that upon calling the hotel so be connected to guest room, the aggravation that's displayed by the staff member was insulting to their own person in negating the fact that they accepted the position and at the fact their feelings about what guest should have so keep them from have to answer the phone, was so out of line and disrespectful to Red Roof SOP."

"Rooms are not cleaned like they should be, tub leaked in my room as well as another guest. Stove outdated, recliner seat worn and needs to be replaced."

"This place was by far, one of the WORST places that I have ever had the misfortune of staying overnight in! The woman who worked the front desk in the evening when I first checked in was extremly hostile, impatient, uncaring and overall extremly rude to me. I was told that the suites were unavailable and I was charged the rate of a suite for a regular room . before arriving to the room I noticed several shady looking individuals lurking the hall. One of them even had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to sample some of his illicit and illegal narcotics. There is absolutely ZERO security and I did not feel safe at all (I strongly urge future visitors to carry concealed and make sure it is a high caliber that can hold more than a 1o round magazine)!Once entering the room, I noticed that there were cigarette butts in the window and that the room was not cleaned very well. After an hour of cleaning the room myself, had triuble falling to sleep with the constant arguments between the "Women" of the night and tbeir " Managers" arguing with one another over everything and anything. K paid for two nights and I had to take my dirty yowels down the raggedy elevator to the front desk in order to be cbanged out because the house keeper decided I guess that there was no need to do anything to my room. I strongly recommend that anyone who has the unfortunate luck to end up at this place, go anywherr else! I mean, the room doesn't even have any plastic cups to get a drink of water ftom.... SMH!"

"Super crazy after reading the reviews on this hotel. I'm not sure how it was there in the past but my opinion stands firm. I even double checked to make sure we were talking about the same hotel. Impressed! Like wow! The room was super clean! Smelled really fresh! Great price, good safe location, front desk very nice and professional. Everything in working order. Full kitchen. Store within walking distance. Comfy bed"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! Completely uninhabitable and disgusting. This is the worst "hotel" I've ever visited. We were out the door 5 minutes after checking in. The photos completely misreprent the property. - There were no pillows for the bed - There were stains all over the walls - There were stains on the drapes - The small table included in the room was filthy - The fridge/freezer was unclean and covered with gunk - The bathroom was disgusting - Kitchenette was rusting in some areas and pieces of cabinetry were falling apart/missing - The fire alarm had a cage over it that was bolted to the ceiling to stop theft - The door was not properly attached to the hinges. It had to be violently shoved to open AND close - The peephole was broken and covered with a wire nut After bringing these issues up with the front desk, we were told to either stay in the room as-is or we could leave. For our health and safety, we left. We've tried multiple times to speak with management but conveniently, they are never available. We have been repeatedly told that a refund will not be issued. I would understand if we simply left, but this place is not safe to stay in and should not be allowed to rent out rooms. We had to go to a real hotel and spend more money. Refunds should be issued to anyone who had the misfortune of staying in this vomit-inducing building. Absolutely unacceptable."
