"Service was great. Very nice people. We needed more pillows I text them and they brought them right up to our room! No begging or saying they could only give us one, they gave us 4! I was not thrilled they said they needed to charge my card 150 dollars on top of the cost of the room. Then as long as no damages they return the fee.... When traveling this is very inconvenient! And now I have to remember to check and make sure they do actually return the money. NOT a fan of how they do this! The room was pretty good. I was not a impressed with the door, it felt like it needed updated to make me feel more secure. There was a gap on the side of it letting light in. The bed was amazing! Very comfortable! Location was pretty good. Elevator is very small. Only 2 allowed in at a time according to the sign."

"Location was ideal right off the highway. The staff was very courteous and helpful the breakfast was hot and delicious. The r suite was very clean and welcoming except the faucet at the sink the hot water had very little water flow but overall it was a great room. I will definitely use them again"

"I was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional customer service we received. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but they got it right and made our stay a very good one. I see the property is in the process of a major update and looks great from the minute you walk in the front door. I would certainly stay here again."

"I was pleasantly surprised that the guy checking me in called me by name as I walked in and said ‘I was watching for you’ or something like that. I had responded to a text asking what time I would arrive and I was right on time but it was nice to be recognized. Everything looks new and I had a very nice stay. The breakfast looked amazing but I had breakfast plans with family in St Louis so wasn’t able to partake. The location was great as well. All the as very good."
