"Been here 2 years car has been broken into 3 times my cousin lives here as well his car was also broken into also and I’ve seen multiple others but still there are no cameras to capture anything. It’s not the property’s responsibility to ensure our personal property is safe but my plates were expired for 2 days and I have a sticker on my window that doesn’t easily come off without leaving a mark telling me that if it’s not fixed by tomorrow that my car will be towed. I pay $1020 a month. When I moved in last year it was $980 this year it moved up to $1020 if I were to renew my lease even it ends my rent was going to be $1080 why would I pay to stay here again just hoping no one breaks into my car every day. I have a town home every step I take upstairs the whole house creeks the walls are terribleeee every word the neighbors say you can hear everytime they go up or down the steps you can here every step they take around you can hear not only can you hear it but it actually sounds like it’s in your apartment there is no getting use to it everytime I get up and ready thinking someone walking up my steps. Pest control doesn’t come often enough keep randomly finding crickets down stairs and there is mold in the shower from a lack of caulk around the base of shower so everyday in the shower I’m sneezing the whole shower."

"I have lived at these apartments for 10+ years and it makes me sad to read some of these reviews calling this a bad place. No, it is not perfect, but no place is perfect. People in the office have always been kind, helpful and respectful. If you are respectful to them, they will be to you and even work with you when something goes wrong. People are complaining about having to pay late fees when their rent is late. Well DUH! It says that in the contract you signed when you moved in. You should be on top of your rent and not blame the office for your own mistake or get angry when they enforce the contract that YOU signed. Yes, the walls are thin and you can hear other people. Guess what? All apartments are like that, this one is no different. Good luck finding a totally silent apartment. We have a pool, weight room with two treadmills, a rowing machine, bike, Stairmaster and a multi-purpose weight machine, there are events throughout the year such as pool parties, photo contests, food and other goodies giveaways. Even pet photo contests, apartment decorating contests and Christmas contests where you can win gift cards or money off your rent. As I said, the place is not perfect, my only complaint is with maintenance, which sometimes takes a long time to come, but they have been improving on that. But otherwise, this is a decent place to live. People just have unrealistic expectations about apartment living. And no, I don't work there or know anybody who does, I just want people to know that this is a good place to live."

"Be careful about renting the town homes here. I guess there are holes from the outside for squirrels to get into your attic. They come in and make so much noise in your bedroom it could wake you up at night. It doesn’t even sound like squirrels, more like a raccoons or something. It’s really sad but hopefully they could call the pest control to come out and fix it. They need a more permanent fix like addressing the holes in the buildings."

"Would give zero stars. But besides the constant maintenance needs, very thin walls and outrageous prices, I was pregnant, naked and home alone when 3 maintenance men unlocked my home door and walked in on me without knocking. Never felt so scared , violated and disgusted. For the price, it’s not worth it. That’s not the only time they walked in on me, they have a habit of it. Stayed for a year and it has happened over 3 times"

"I just stayed at stonehaven for a year, I needed to look for something closer to work since I don’t drive, it was so easy and such a fast process for me to move in I recommended the complex to a program at my work that helps people find an easy and affordable place to live. I had the 1 bedroom townhouse and it was so cool. The bedroom is HUGE! the set up and design was just super cool to me and I loved it. I would’ve renewed my lease but I just gave birth and needed to move closer to home to get some help with the baby. If I would’ve stayed the upstairs is big enough for me and a baby but it just wasn’t going to work out. If my family was closer I probably would’ve never left. Rent was such a good deal and is a good location if you need to go somewhere. All of these bad reviews make me sad because I moved from St. Peter’s to Hazelwood kind of worried if I was in a safe place, everyone was kind, my neighbors left me alone and I got help from the leasing office so quickly. This was my first place as a 22 year old and it was a great experience! I mostly worked with Cynthia and angel who were so helpful and made my stay at stonehaven great!"
