"Bed sheets was not changed bugs crawling across the floor bathtub was dirty and did not hold water with the with a stopper all on the second floor it smelled nothing but weed ask for a different room had to call my bank to be reimbursed because the add shows a clean room and a good hotel lol it was a lie"

"I gave a 2/5. The receptionist lady was nice. But, they didn't have a room cleaned and ready for me when I checked in after 3:00pm. I waited an hour for a room. I have already paid so I didn't want to request for a refund. Been there done that, (the complexity of the refund process). The halls smells bad, weed and cigarettes. The room stinks like cigarettes although it says NO SMOKING. The tables are sticky. The shower curtain was very dirty and full of stains. The shower water was constantly dripping and can’t shut off completely. The bath towels stinks. I requested for more toilet papers but never received them. For my own safety I didn't want to bother to ask again. Me and my little family stayed there for 3 nights for the Memorial Weekend and we're not from the area or anywhere near. Right when the night hit you will find people standing around and walking outside, almost like walking zombies. It seemed like the hotel guests let others in and out, day and night, and management seem to not do anything about it. Also seemed like 70% of the hotel guests were people from the local area. *Shrug* Sometimes things are better off not to be questioned."

"I was never checked into that hotel because they didn't have a room available. They were rude and very unprofessional. To the extent of me starting to record things I admit I became kinda of rude but after being misplaced for several hours until there policy check in time 3:00pm who wouldn't be kinda on edge in a area like that. When 3:00 pm came and I was still not checked in. I became kinda upset and expressed my displeasure all on video a pregnant woman was dealing with the same issues and would not even let her use the rest room"

"Host Inn and Suites was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. I called more than 24 hours ahead of time to see if there was a deposit required in order to book one of the rooms & a woman on the phone told me no. After arriving the next day I was told by another front desk attendant that a deposit was required of $100. I appreciate the fact that she did not charge me for the deposit upon paying for my reservation. Let me be clear as to why I am most appreciative of her for not charging me the deposit. I was originally checked into room 211 room I noticed that there were no towels, no television, no trash cans, and the bed had not been stripped, the pillows did not even have pillow cases and the window was wide open leaving and freezing in the room. Immediately after noticing, I went to the front desk and alerted the attendant who then checked me into a different room. When walking into room 206, I noticed that it was cleaner and it did not smell of cigarette smoke like room 211. As I placed my things down I started to notice one thing after another. I noticed that this room as well did not have towels in the bathroom. The bed looked like it had been slept in and remade but not changed there was a cigarette burn in the fitted sheet. There were bags of trash and empty cans in places that should have been cleaned by the staff prior to the room being booked. Things from the previous guest were still left in the room; mostly discarded things like Tylenol, empty cans, bag of trash under the sinks, etc. It wasn't until the next day that I was able to receive towels and a trash can for my room. Being that I am paying over $100 for one full day you would think that the presentation would be better. The staff are ghetto and they curse loud enough for guests to hear at all times of night until their shift is over at 10:00 p.m. not only do they not enforce social distancing but they completely ignore the fact that people come in without masks on their faces despite the sign on the door requiring this to be done. The tub is disgusting and stained, the walls are marked and stained, there are hair clips and clothes pins holding the curtains together. This has by far been the most terrible place I have ever stayed and although I was told to pay cash, I am going to find a way to get a refund because I have not even been comfortable enough to sleep."

"This place is ok. The first room they gave me was trashed, half an imos pizza on the table, uneaten hot wings in the sink, and a giant piss stain on the bed. I've never seen something so foul. I went immediately to the front desk, and the employee immediately apologized and set me up in a clean room. This one was nice. It was explained to me that they had a problem with housekeeping that day. I added an extra star for the great service. Check out was a breeze and the place was pretty quiet all night."
