Chez Paree Apartments

"As of February 24th 2024 ,/ it will be one month that we put a request in for our roof which has been leaking and falling in. We only get updates when we go to the office ..I have been emailing, calling etc no update..only update we got was its a big hole in our roof and the entire roof need to be replaced...apparently they are working with the roofing contractors that is extremely cheap for they sake. .we can never get a estimate date on when our unit will be fixed...if they are paying contractors to come out it should be a little more better communication between them and the property manager which she tell us she waiting to hear back from them and that that all the update we got in a month..this is terrible communication and management.I have a feeling after waiting all this time they are going to tell us we have to move in a new unite andwho's going to pay for that. We just want an update on a estimate date of when the roof will be fix. And all they say is contact the leasing office."

"Where do you start..according to many tenants in the apt complex a lot of roofing leaking issues is going on in these Apts and the contractors is not coming out folks have been waiting for weeks and months so in the meantime we justbm let our bedroom flood. I see the owner on here saying contact the office..UMMM THAT' DOESN'T WORK..HOW bout we contact you..how about you come and walk the complex and talk with the tenants that pays you every month. Nothing is being done about this I think it's time to contact Julius Davis. It takes months to get things fix. A lot of units are empty because people are fed up and left. As an owner please come out and talk to your tenants to see how to better solve the maintenance issues"

"If I could give this place a 0 I would. DO NOT FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR FAMILY FRIENDS. WHO EVER YOU WORSHIP RENT FROM THIS PLACE. This place and the company who owns them needs to be investigated. They rent out these apartments that are barely liveable. Mold everywhere. Bug infested. Trash everywhere. Ceiling leaking everytime it rains. You call the office no one wants to pick up. I had to call the health department to get them to fix the roof. These folks are slum lords. There are so many better option in this area to live at and this is not the one These apartments needs to be condemn. Management fired. Corporate needs to be investigated. This is ridiculous. I'm pretty sure there black mold all through these apartments And then have the nerves to raise the rent. Do Not rent from them I'm telling you."

"My ceiling collapsed upstairs and it took months to repair. This is the basement, under my kitchen sink about to also collapse. Don’t buy the new management story, they aren’t trying either. There is nothing positive about this place to share. They’re going to paint over it and call it a remodel. 7748 don’t let them rent it to you.”we are sorry you feel this way, feel free to reach out”. Ladies, I have 4 open work orders that are water damage related, you’re voice mail box is full, the office is never open, and you don’t reply to emails."

"Worst Apartments ever to live in! My Apartment bathroom was linking on April 22nd , they came & cut a huge hole in my ceiling, said that they didn’t see any leaking or water damage anywhere so they left the hole in my wall for 3 whole months!! Today is July 7th & it’s still not fixed. Everytime I asked them to fix it they never send anyone. The manager promised to move us in a new townhouse because of this but she lied , that never happened & her communication skills are every off! Worst apartments ever!"
