"I had a showing the property manager was so busy she was speaking with another person who was interested in an apartment as well. She told them to give her a moment she came out to speak with me and my wife. She walked us in the club house turned on the tv for us. Told us that she would be with us shortly. We waited for approximately 5 minutes then she came meet us and we spoke about the apartment she covered all her bases. I love that she had flyers on her desk with the prices on as well. She asked us for a review I told her no problem Ms. Keisha I did your review sorry if it’s too long. Get some help for this woman she works hard and hello to the maintenance crew for making sure we were comfortable at all times."
"These apartments are ROACH INVESTED TRASH. I've lived her for a little over a year and my whole experience was horrible!A tree fell on my car and they refused to pay for ANY damages! But that wasn't the worst part. My kitchen flooded ALL THE TIME FOR ABOUT 3 months! Water would come thru my apartment so much that there was a PLANT growing thru my kitchen floor!! There was mold everywhere in the kitchen! Knats, spiders and roaches would eventually take over the the place! Im currently pregnant with a toddler. Maintence NEVER came to fix anything!But instead they deleted ALL of my maintenance request. I had to call the health department and get a lawyer involved .DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!"
"Today I spoke with Keisha the apartment manager, I needed her to explain my bill etc. She took her time to explain everything to me, made sure i was ok before i left. Very sweet, and patient! The maintenance man Jason was awesome as well!! Thanks Keisha for being kind, professional, and patient."
"⚠️New Management ALERT ⚠️ I want to thank Keisha and Jason for doing everything in their power to get my apartment move- in ready. They have been working very hard to get all my accommodations completed. I was told to let them do their job and everything will be complete by October 1st. A week before the first everything has been completed such as; pulling up the carpet, replacing fixtures, deep cleaning the unit, moving me into a different unit, and making sure my kids and I are in a safe environment. If you dislike something please let Keisha or Jason know so they can be aware of the situation and put in a maintance request. I PROMISE they will fix it quickly. Great team work. Truly appreciate the new Hazelwood Forest Property Manager and Services."
