Reviews
"Ever since the old Manager Jesus was moved to another location. The new management opens the store at 9:15 and not at 9. No merchandise on shelves, and very dirty."
"If you want an uncomfortable experience shopping then this is the place to shop. I recently shopped there and first and foremost the workers stare you down while you’re shopping. I went to the dressing room to try on a skirt and came back out to the manager/security accusing me of stealing and then I didn’t even get any type of apology or anything after finding out that I wasn’t stealing. Definitely rude and unprofessional don’t recommend shopping here."
"Since my review about item prices...they have lowered their prices. They have a gold mine except things donated are priced higher than Dillard's Outlet, Marshall's, Fiesta housewares, Nordstrom's Rack, Walmart and Kohl's. Found halter T-shirts $4 at Kohl's. Goodwill could sell every item and make money by getting rid of everything that's been there more than 3 months. Better to sell cheap than to TRASH. I'm as a Senior and right now is the time to help everyone that needs clothes, shoes to housewares, furniture, costs, etc. They should be ashamed of hoarding things donated to help others, especially people looking for clothes to find employment to pay rent and buy groceries."
"Very Rude Manager that works here who has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE to customers as well as her own staff! I don't know who's bright idea it was to put her in charge as she can't seem to work well with others or under pressure. I will NOT be coming back into this location! Do better Goodwill!"
"The workers at this location are very nice, and they have somewhat decent stuff. But I think we can all agree that these prices are outrageous! What happened to being a nonprofit organization? And correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t every single thing in the store donated?? I see stuff that is clearly used, being sold at the same price as if it was new and in a regular retail store. Something has GOT to change. You’re not saving a dime nowadays going to Goodwill."
