"Bizarre experience with the manager. We were working with a floor associate looking for specific power tools. The items were showing in inventory, but were not stocked in the correct locations. The manager repeatedly pulled the floor associate away b/c “he had other things he had to do in the back”. I responded, “no problem, can someone else assist in locating the items I am trying to purchase?” Josh blew the question off and stated “he has some heavy lifting to do.” We were not able to locate the item we were looking for. However, we did purchase other items. A call for the manager from the register (manager approval required on items purchased) went unanswered."

"The team was incredibly accommodating! I'm grateful to each staff member for guiding me to the items I came for and providing helpful recommendations. I found everything I required, and the store was impeccably clean and well-organized."

"Every staff member I encountered was very helpful! Roderick took the time to discuss my needs, made recommendations and loaded the cart for me. There was another staff member but I didn’t get her name, she was er helpful and got Roderick to help with the heavy lifting. Cashier Zena was very friendly and assisted at self check out ::)"

"Similar to Lowe’s without the veteran’s parking spots up front. Their prices are okay and their product selection is alright. However, Lowe’s tends to have better selection for most products. Customer service is okay on the floor. Unfortunately, most of the employees at The Home Depot don’t seem to care like they used to years ago. Returns are a nightmare unless your product is unopened when being honest about the return to the representative. However, there is the occasional star among their employees. Janet, who works in the Garden Center, is an absolute gem. So helpful and friendly and knowledgeable."
