"I love Best Buy but this location at westheimer and highway 6 does not feel like your regular Best Buy, it is very small , not a lot to look at. They shut down 50-60 percent of the entire store ever since the pandemic and haven’t been the same since then. The restrooms are very very dirty. I don’t recommend coming to this location unless you picking up online."

"Best Buy has created a block where you cannot call the store directly. They have an automatice system that relocates the call to who-knows-where. Getting local customer service is impossible. I spend nearly 20 minutes trying to just see if my problem could be looked at and make an appointment. No one could help me and by the time I hung up, we weren’t even close to making an appointment. Long wait times with horrible music. I will go someone where else. I rarely make a bad review but this deserves it. Do better Best Buy."

"I went to the Best Buy location a couple of weeks ago on Highway 6 to purchase a portable phone charger for my son and the customer service was TERRIBLE!!! First, the cashier was leaning over the counter, playing on her phone. Then, when I walked up and asked if I could check out she grunted and mumbled something under her breath. I asked if she was “okay” and she rolled her eyes. Now, this was a grown woman who looked to be in her late 40’s to mid 50’s. After I made my purchase, she slammed my receipt on the box. I asked if I could please have a bag and she said “they’re 11 cents. I said for a bag and I just purchased something? She said if you want it, yes. I said, “wow” and just walked away because I was over her, the attitude and the whole interaction at that point. It wasn’t the fact that the bag cost 11 cents, but her lack of customer service and poor attitude was the issue. If she hates her job, she should find one that better suits her and let someone else take this one who will appreciate it more."

"Great customer service, great communication, I think it is very affordable as well, I always go there for my dental needs. Dr. Zahra Abbas and her staff is really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place great customer service and they got me in on a very short notice first time and since then I’ve been going there."
