"My Wife and I needed to upgrade our TV and decided to buy from Conn's on Hwy 6. We found a nice 86 inch Samsung TV we liked. It sold for $2299. We started the process to purchase it. Around 45 minutes later the Sales Lady came up to us and told us the price was wrong, it was really $2499. We asked to see the Manager and he told us that Conn's arbitrarily changes prices on their existing inventory and someone just "forgot" to change the price on that one. We argued that they should honor the price that was on it. He said he would see what he could do. An hour later he comes back and tells us his Superior would not budge on the price. So after 2 1/2 hours all I received was a Hard Hit on my credit report and plenty of frustration. They should have informed us of the price increase before they checked my credit. On a good note, we went to Best Buy and got an 85 inch Sony for $1499 and it only took 30 minutes !! And FREE delivery."
