All of the make up is locked up and the clerk is expected to stand beside you - It is the most obnoxious and ridiculous experience I've ever had in my life. "I ordered an electric scooter online for curbside pickup. When I took delivery of it, the box was mangled and torn. Giving it the benefit of the doubt that it was probably just damaged in shipping, I took it home. When I got home and opened the box, I started assembling it and noticed that it had obviously been used. Not a big deal, it was just dirty, but no damage. So I finished assembling it and realized that the charger was missing! I then had to disassemble it and drive back to the store to return it, in hopes of getting a new one. When I got to the customer service desk, I did my return and asked if I could exchange it for a new one on the spot. The employee said that only the manager can check and she was on her 30 minute lunch break. I said okay and decided to wait. 30 minutes go by, 45 goes by, and after one hour, the manager finally comes back. I waited all this time for them to tell me I'm out of luck and if it's not on the shelf, it's not in the back. Needless to say, I was very frustrated. I waited an hour to be told that I wasn't going to get the scooter I wanted. I placed another order to pickup at a different location for tomorrow, let's hope I will have a better experience."
