"Half an hour and counting.. watching someone terribly drive a forklift. I'd say pretty close to dangerously. He has hit the racks at least 10 times as I have watched this.... they should have closed more of the store. Even after the machine was outside for some time, they refused to let me grab the 5 boards I am here to get. Finishing a project for my kids and had to borrow a truck for what is left.. So I'm stuck watching this... "show". I can't keep the vehicle forever. What was said about me waiting was a nice touch. I could hear that after the forklift moved outside."

"If it weren’t for past decent experiences with this Lowe’s it would be 1 Star. Purchased a microwave from them and paid for installation because I didn’t have time to do it myself. A day after the purchase we receive and email saying they would install it on Tuesday between 8am-4pm. For working folks that doesn’t work. Asked them to reschedule for a Saturday and was told that they would contact us within the next 48 hours. After 3 days my wife called them, was on hold for 20 minutes before a person answered the phone. We were then informed they don’t do installations on Saturdays. Canceled the order and went to Home Depot to buy the same product. They could’ve told us this to begin with and saved everyone’s time. Not impressed!"

"Feb 2024 - on a Monday 6pm and in the area of Fry Rd so we made a quick stop for moving supplies... boxes, tape and wrapping paper. Store was not busy. Looked well stocked. Felt clean. Got in and out within 10 min."

"Nice place. It's where I buy soil. But now the quality of BlackKow is horrible!!! Within the last 6-8 months their BlackKow soil is more like a top soil. Prices went up 30%, quality dropped 100%!!!"

"This store is so so. It is clean for the most part, the service is were I feel they lack. It’s a lot of standing around talking in the isles. I understand, but you can get stuff done while conversing. And when people walk by, ask if they need any assistance instead of being so deep in the conversation."
