"Please place people who have a basic grasp of the English language in the positions of receiving donations. When I asked questions about my donations and for the tax deduction information she kept saying, “who?” So I asked for a supervisor and got the same response. I realize that being in the United States, as a nation built of and on immigrants, that I will be in a situation with someone who may not understand me or I them. I also know that there may be jobs better suited for this woman until she becomes more fluent in our national language. Thanks."
"Customer service is normally exceptional at this location and it’s usually two gentlemen who are very courteous, kind, and professional. However, my experience today was the exact opposite. The two ladies acted like I was disturbing them, and weren’t helpful at all. And the one lady named Carmen was super rude and disrespectful for no reason. They need to get back to the previous staff, because this new staff is very very rude. I’m giving two stars because it’s Goodwill, but with the experience today it should’ve been a one star."
