"I went to help a friend move in the door so close to the neighbors door. They had trash sitting literally in the doorway of my friend's unit. They came while we were moving things in and their kid stomped up the steps it was ridiculously loud. The next visit I can hear a conversation with the people below the unit like they were in the same room. The patio overlooks a construction field that had water settled there. Hopefully it won't be that way when it's warm so mosquitoes won't be a breeding ground there. Nice cosmetic look though."
"We’ve been living at Brio since September and have many issues with this property since before our move in just over a month ago. Communication with the office has been very hit and mostly miss. We recently had gates installed at the property that has keypads for gate codes. We went out of town and were supposed to have someone let out/feed/water our pup. We found out the gate codes were not working. Panicked, I called Brio after office hours had begun and got looped into leaving a message, but the answering machine would never pick up. This was not the first time this has happened. I texted the office phone that this was very important as we had already left town and we had no one with key fob access able to get in. I heard nothing from the office. I had my roommate call a few hours later, still no response. I finally called another time, 5 hours later, and finally got a response to which office staff stated, “oh yeah they told me about this” and that they were testing out the gate to see what the issue was. The issue was resolved, which I learned of from my friend who let out the dog. No one from the office reached back out to me until the following day. Let’s also consider that this property is brand new and was opened in July. Recently our AC froze over twice. Second time being yesterday. We called the main office number and they stated they would call maintenance, which they did. Maintenance came out looked at the unit and said it was under warranty and would have to contact the manufacturer and would update us today. My roommate called this first morning and said they would reach out again to the maintenance team. They then told us it was an electrician issue and that they would reach out to them. This was mid-morning. We still hadn’t heard anything until we had to reach back out around 3pm to which I discovered the office had not called the electrician for an update. I explained this was the second day without AC and would really appreciate an update as electrician’s workday wraps up soon and would hope for someone to come out ASAP. The maintenance man dropped off a window unit, didn’t even install it, and left. Don’t get me wrong, the apartment is beautiful, and the amenities are great, but I don’t feel valued as a resident. I get that they are running a business and have more than just me to tend to, but I don’t ask for much as a resident, I just want to feel heard and be communicated with."
"Ashley is excellent and deserves the largest of raises. She same-day switched us into a bigger unit because our couch would not fit the living room. Our only issues with the property is the large amount of dust, lack of parking spaces, and inconsistent valet trash."
