"As other folks have said this apartment complex is on the decline and they're jacking up the rates. The apartment complex thanks you for your feedback (just like in Google Reviews), but doesn't do anything and they're unpleasant to deal with. From the roaches and mold as others have described. To shootings, drug deals, car break-ins and dog attacks. All while jacking up the rates by $500 a month, towing cars and ignoring your concerns at the office, but your feedback is important on Google reviews according to them. Stay away!"

"I normally don't write reviews but this complex has alot of issues that future residents need to be aware of. At first this complex looks very welcoming and has alot of great features it offers but the overall experience is just horrible. 1st the property has a huge theft problem from its own residents. I have had my wife's vehicle broken into with her window smashed. They stole her laptop and other work related devices. Do not have anything delivered to this location because there is plenty of stolen Amazon, ups packages stolen right off your doorstep. They have a community group chat and seems to be a weekly thing. The office is aware of the situation but does nothing about it. I can post screen shots. I made a police report with Pflugerville police and they informed me that this is the 2nd vehicle broken into this week. 2nd the maintenance is a joke. They offer you this great gym but the steam/sauna hasn't worked in a year. Our own apartment has had a broken microwave, dishwasher, and dryer(heating element went out). I understand that things need replaced at times but it takes weeks. The maintenance crews drive around on the golf carts trying to talk up the females instead of working. I currently have black mold growing all around my laundry room and nothing still has been done. 3rd the rent here has went up dramatically over the last years as everywhere has but $500 for the same unit as my wife lived in before we met is insane. 4th is the towing. We purchased a used car for a family member and parked it in a spot on the complex to come pick up later that week from houston. The next day we found a green sticker placed on the car for expired registration. We contacted our office staff and informed them that the car was being picked up and sold the next day. They agreed to let the car stay but during the night the tow company towed the car due to the office not informing them the car was okay, during tow the car was damaged from the company bending the the frame to hooking it up on a control arm. Bad decision of the tow company. The complex immediately apologized but quickly informed us that they have zero liability. There's plenty of better options for you and your family to live. Protect your belongings and watch out for the tow company. All this is coming from a residents who has completed a year lease and never been late or missed a payment. I will not be renewing my lease and I encourage others to do the same until their staff, security& maintenance issues are addressed. Warning to all future residents good luck"

"outrageous. I move into a new area of this apartment complex and they have my apartment unready, not only that, I have a missing key card, and I ask for permission into the gym. They refused me rudely. I told them I have a card, I’m just missing it because of the recent move. They proceed to disrespectfully WITH AN ATTITUDE, say no. They request $30 for a new key card. Like seriously? It’s a gym. Planet Fitness is free, and they wanna sit here and tell me i have to pay $30 for a gym that doesn’t even have a bunch of equipment? You’re out of your mind. This is BARBARIC. Incredibly over the top and appalling. Absolutely absurd."

"The trashes apartments to stay at. they are way over priced for all the amenities that the offer. There is always something broken. The gym is always closed tennis courts are trash and it is the nastiest place to live. Water pipes are always leaking even after they come "fix it". If you are looking for a place to stay I advise you to not come here AT ALL! They always charge you an extra $30 when they send you your money back on purpose even when you have all the money in your account. Can't believe I even got traped in a horrible place like this... Plz if you want a place to stay don't come here...worst experience in apartment History if I could give it less that a one star I would........."
