"To corporate and property managers. I'm very disappointed that the leasing agent, Raven Huntington (the Resident Experience Manager), didn't clearly explain what I needed to do to break my lease since I got a job transfer. The leasing consulting (Raven Hunting) told me I must pay an 85% reletting fee and the rent payment for December and prorated for January. When I left the leasing office, I received an email from the apartment complex regarding my 60-day notice was accepted. After I moved out, I got a final move-out statement, and they charged me for cleaning and damaging the carpet (pet) when we never had a pet in my apartment. The move-out pictures clearly show no carpet damage. Also, the stove, microwave, refrigerator, and overall apartment were not dirty. The move-out images they took and were sent to me show that everything was clean and not dirty. They didn’t resolve the issue of waiving all those charges. Also, my move-out statement was showing lease termination fees. We were unaware of that since The leasing consulting (Ravent Hunting) never mentioned that I was required to pay $2,278.00 for lease termination. This is a Leasing consulting issue. She gave us the wrong information (please watch out when you move out). I would do the correct steps if I would receive the correct from the leasing. Horrible communication and false information from the staff, and she is a Resident Experience Manager. Also, Kim Herron from the (Central Financial Team Manager) didn't help with my Concern, and she didn't answer your questions after asking multiple times for corporate or regional email—horrible customer service by this company."

"Great apartment. Love the amenities--particularly the gym, pool, and app that helps you lock your door and control temperature from afar. The maintenance team is extremely responsive and quick. Management is kind. The prices are reasonable as well."

"When I moved here, we had a different staff who had little to no communication with its residents. The office hours were not the best at the time. With the change in staff, everything has been amazing since. I actually get a response back when I send in an email and the office hours have changed to reasonable days and times. Raven and Reyna have been nothing but amazing!! They really care about you and do not brush you off. I definitely recommend living here."

"The area and community is very nice. I’ve lived here a couple of months and everyone is always so friendly. I have dogs and they have a lot of dog friends throughout the complex. The environment is well kept and valet trash is always great since you don’t have to throw it away yourself. You also have a gorgeous pool that’s great to relax at. Would recommend."

"Overall, living at Edgewater has been a great experience. It is an affordable and nice community to call home. There's a beautiful little lake in the back and it's perfect to run, walk, or take your dogs. They invested in a dog fountain in the dog park and yards on most 1st floor apartments which is an amazing investment. Maintenance is extremely nice/professional and great at their job! I have one of their phone numbers and they said to contact them anytime I needed help which is amazing to have. The community is overall great to live at."
