"Do Not move here these are pictures right across from my apartment. It’s filthy I even seen roaches before. By my unit it’s over 10 vacant apartments. I told the office I wanted to move out when my lease ended. I put in a 45 day notice. I was told since it was not 60 days I would have to stay 2 weeks after my lease and pay an additional $838. They are desperate for money DO NOT MOVE HERE! The power goes out almost every time it’s rains also the water is shut off at least once a month."

"Denise is very nice, I’ve lived here for almost a year. I was sold when I saw how beautiful their pool was and the apartment upgrades. I definitely needed a washer and dryer and those cute built in desks. I know for many it’s not a big deal but I lived in a property where there was no light fixtures in the bedrooms or living room, I don’t have to worry about that here, each room has lighting and the bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans (a major plus for me) also the fact that I have a pantry is amazing no more storing my food where my plates go."

"New here but I must say I have been pleased so far! Neighbors are quiet & friendly! Office staff is awesome! Jasmine Denise and Liz always quick to answer & help! Office manager Christian goes above and beyond & responds in timely manner &I appreciate that! Also my AC went out and they sent maintenance worker Franklin out, who was awesome and didn’t stop till he figured it out. He communicated well & had great service! Kudos to all!"
