"We lived here for 5 years. Just moved out of greater Austin Metro. I've had great experiences with all employees throughout the years. They are quick to nip noise complaints and proper use of amenities. Neighbors have been up and down in relationships. While the floors and ceilings are not fully sound blocking they are much better than many other locations I have resided in different states. However, we lucked out to have quiet neighbors for the last 3.5 years. Everything is close to proximity so that helps a lot. Our only reasons for moving is we needed to leave Greater Austin Metro."
