"The staff at this hotel is exceptionally friendly and outgoing. We rented an electric car and had no clue how to charge it. The young lady at the front desk came out and helped us get connected so we could charge the car. The property is very clean and in an excellent location. We would definitely stay again."

"Extremely awful stay! I booked this hotel instead of my usual next door at the La Quinta. BIG MISTAKE! I was tricked into a member's rate at $103/nt., so I signed up to be a member only to learn after I had put in my credit card info, the rate became higher at around $115/nt. and it was no longer a member rate but apparently became a first night non refundable rate. How convenient. My flight from Italy was overbooked so Delta booked me on a flight the following day. I called the hotel early that morning to inform them that I'll be arriving the following day so that I was sure to have a room available/ready but I was told that I would charged anyway. I found that absurd so I called the 800 number, opened a case, and waited for a call from this infamous General Manager. That call never came. When I arrived, I was indeed charged for the night prior that I didn't stay and I didn't have a room reserved for the duration of my stay. When I checked in, the woman at the Front Desk was truly kind but was unable to help me. She told I was charged for the first night, she rebooked my stay but she didn't charge my credit card so that I could have the opportunity to speak with management in the morning. I went to the front desk in the am and was told the manager was busy. When I returned later the afternoon to resolve this, the Director of Sales, Brandi Hiavac (who stands in for the General Manager), lied to my face and told me they were fully booked and held my room for my reservation. My room wasn't held and they charged me an even higher rate for the first night at $133/nt. than I was originally duped into paying after I had given my credit card info. To add insult to injury, the room has old carpet. Will never stay at an IHG hotel again! Note to Management: Do not let your Sales Staff deal with Customer Relations."

"Absolutely enjoyed my stay here, such a convenient location. I was very happy with the breakfast they accommodate every day of the week. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I was on the 4th/top floor and loved the view when it rained. 10/10 would recommend."
