"Been living here for 1 1/2 years. Only had one month of good water pressure. Summer they turn down the cold water pressure. Winter they turn down the hot water pressure. Sometimes no pressure at all. Most winter days are no hot water at all."

"They created a new portal to pay rent and I was having a hard time with the setup process for my account. I called and explained this to them and I was told I may need to come in so they can help. I work 12 hr shifts and the next time I would be off would bebe 1 day after rent was due. I asked could I please bring a money order until I figure out what the problem is. They told me no, and they only take online payments. I went to the office first thing Monday morning which was one day after the due date. I was charged $120 late fee and the online portal charges convenient fees as well. I ask for help, I tried to come up with a solution. They have favorites on who they are willing to help and who they are not. I am never late on my rent. I am always early. This “new management” is unbelievable. This is sad. I give no problems, I am a good tenant and it hurt me really bad. I work hard. And they are always the first people I pay. I am on a tight budget and paying rent/mortgage is so important to me because I have children. I hope they try to make things better and not justtry to get more money out of their good tenants."

"I noticed that all of the older reviews have been deleted from this complex. Maybe because of new management. I had an issue in which I reached out to their corporate office. It has been exactly 1 month today & I still have not received a call back from Paula Daniels. Which is the manager’s name given by the office personnel. My issue was not heard or addressed. I am disappointed since I have had an overall good experience living here for 3 years. Keep in mind, if corporate does not return calls or acknowledge emails from residents, that does not lead to a good experience living here. Disappointed!"
