"I've booked a two-night stay at this hotel for a little over $300, hoping for comfort, but unfortunately, it was a letdown!! The room had a clogged toilet since 1 a.m., making it impossible to use. Despite keeping the vent on, the noise disrupted sleep, and the unpleasant smell lingered. Additionally, the delayed maintenance never showed up. It's 1 pm now. I couldn't shower. I'm keep going downstairs to the lobby to use the restroom. For the price paid, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and far from comfortable.""

"We hardly found the main entrance as it was 9 pm and the door could be open from the inside or with a card. Then we checked in and from the garage the elevator we took drove us to the 4th floor and we had to take stairs with all the stuff to the 7th, receptionist could have explained. The room we booked was for 4, however the bed was ready only for 2 but after i called the reception the lady brought sheets and blankets. Amenities brand is Zero and the bottles were almost empty and there were no shower caps ;-) Breakfast for continental was really good and tasty. Overall our stay was pretty good just sharing some things which could be corrected and might help otger guests."

After the third day of seeing a dirty mirror next to elevator, I asked the front desk if they could have it cleaned - they did, just hated having to ask."

"Rooms aren’t the newest or cleanest, but pretty spacious. Could use remodeling but the location is great and the service is amazing! Jackie was so pleasant our whole trip and made everything so seamless, really appreciate her!"
