"If you want to become a part of history, if you like to drown yourself with great restaurants and bars all within 5 minutes of walking, this is the place to live. I'm not a resident yet of this beautiful historic building but I will be soon. Amenities are super cool. I loved the entrance. You feel a grand welcome by the door person and by the huge lobby area with super cool Chandler lights. Ohh, I almost forgot, there is a huge balcony on the 2nd floor where residents can relax and enjoy the true downtown view, people in the streets. I had my tour yesterday, and Samantha was extremely helpful showing me around and she went out of her way to accommodate my needs with various rental options. I am going to apply today and dearly hope that I get accepted. Can't wait to live as a resident of Rice Lofts soon."
