His attention to detail and genuine care for each resident is truly remarkable. He always has a smile on his face and goes above and beyond to acknowledge everyone and provide them with the best service possible. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rice Lofts to anyone in search of a place to live downtown."

"Destiny showed us an awesome floor plan that blew us away. I’m not going to tell which apartment so nobody will try to steal it but these apartments are to die for. I love all the amenities and the different floor plans. Definitely a place to consider if you love the downtown lifestyle."

"If you want to become a part of history, if you like to drown yourself with great restaurants and bars all within 5 minutes of walking, this is the place to live. I'm not a resident yet of this beautiful historic building but I will be soon. Amenities are super cool. I loved the entrance. You feel a grand welcome by the door person and by the huge lobby area with super cool Chandler lights. Ohh, I almost forgot, there is a huge balcony on the 2nd floor where residents can relax and enjoy the true downtown view, people in the streets. I had my tour yesterday, and Samantha was extremely helpful showing me around and she went out of her way to accommodate my needs with various rental options. I am going to apply today and dearly hope that I get accepted. Can't wait to live as a resident of Rice Lofts soon."
