"I lived here for 3.5 years and have recently moved out. I absolutely loved my time at these apartments. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Maintenance requests are attended very fast. The location is great. I never had any major issues while living here. Highly recommend!"
"I have been living here for almost two months now and I am glad with my decision to move here. The maintenance services are very fast an efficient. The parking is a bit of an annoyance some times if you get home after 8pm but even with it being full of residents it is surprisingly super quiet and you never hear noise from other neighbors. You could never tell someone was listening to load music till they open their front door. Also the leasing office keeps everyone updated on what is happening on the property in a very timely manner. So far I can see myself renewing my lease when they time comes"
"10/20/23 From a tenant of almost 6years Word of advice disregard the new reviews and pay attention to the people that have been here. Cons: Management has recently retaliated against me by breaching our contract. I’ve asked Edgar Dawn (corporate) and Claudia where their actions are in my contract. They stopped responding to my messages. I assume because their actions are not in our leasing contract at all. I’ve had to engage outside resources. Resolution is pending The hot water is just coming back on after being off since last weekend. They only updated the community after being called out because they were purposely turning the hot water on during their office hours and turning it off when they left. Something is wrong with the water every Management is nice and professional during the leasing process. After that they will get upset with you for asking them to do their job. I’ve literally had to send Claudia her responsibilities as a manager. Gaslighting is very common with management as I’ve spoken to Dawn about the water problems and she minimized my concerns by literally asking “please explain to me why boiling water for baths is difficult”. lol They don’t like when you complain about stuff you’re paying for and may pay closer attention because I’ve tried to give management grace as I understand everyone has their days but I’m now over it. They went up 200+ on rent 2 years ago and on the last renewal they added a cad fee which is just another way to increase the rent but through a fee. You’re charged that flat fee but you will not get back what you don’t use like water usage. My apt is not upgraded. The amenities are not so great. You’ll have to spend your own money to make it work like your own pest control cause theirs is terrible and security because they have none and the has been issues with some peoples cars being broken into or left sitting on bricks. The gym is nice but the equipment hardly works. Pros: The price is no longer a pro as it comes with a lot of buffoonery, pettiness, terrible customer service and overall lack of professionalism. The location is great. My neighbors are cool. The maintenance guys are cool. The property keeper works hard to keep the property clean. He’s cool too."
"This will be my third time living here in the last 10 years. I lived here prior to Harvey after Harvey .... temporarily relocated outside of the neighborhood and now I am back under new management but same previous staff. This is the best complex in the 77077 zip code. That is why I returned. I enjoy the amenities and the price, location and staff. The groundskeeper is amazing there have been times I leave out early and he is already watering the beautiful landscaping, cleaning the pool, and just maintaining the overall appearance of the community. The new renovations are nice and I am enjoying my new home. In the past the maintenance staff and office staff has quickly responded to requests. I have not had any since I moved back but if I did I would surely be satisfied with the completion time and response. If you want a nice neighborhood and right price call them I highly recommend.-happy guy with a pool view."
