Candlewood Suites Houston NE - Stafford, an IHG Hotel

"Avoid at all costs. NO hot water, breakfast is “first come first serve “ and empty by 7:30 and if we would have got it, it was cereal and waffle, that is all, but they were out of cereal and refused to refill. loud traffic sound all night long. One towel for a family to share. Management does not care, no call back even after request at front desk during check out and of course front desk guys don’t care that you don’t have hot water at all. Shower (ice cold) does not have a place to put soap/ shampoo, have to put it on floor !"

"We have booked the hotel for the last 2 days and It was totally worth it,Seriously, it's the best hotel we stayed till now at this trip and d going on. The rooms are huge, the kitchen is on point, and everything is well-maintained. Plus, the staff at the front desk she is super nice and helpful. And get this, when we had an issue with the shower on the first day, she immediately switched our rooms. Talk about top-notch service! I highly recommend booking this hotel at a good price. VJ will make sure you are comfortable, and she is a delight each and every time. If you need a good night's stay ask for Ms.VJ she will get you right each time."

"It was really far from everything we were doing and traffic in that area was overwhelming. The actual facility was decent very much like a Motel 6. Take your own pillows the pillows there have no support. When checking out we waited over 20 minutes for the front desk attendant to check out. The cleaning staff was trying to help but had no understanding of the process."

"first room didnt have a working shower or ac, which i slept through, as it was already pretty late and my stuff was all moved in. They did give me a new room, however, i spent an hour moving everything across the building, which was quite embarassing. the next room I had received didn't have a working sink which just kinda fans the flames. I called their customer service, but got told empty words and then was given a case number. Service was good, but the property needs some work."
