"Not a bad place, for my first two years living, I will say that maintenance is the best. Besides raising prices, only other issue I had was insects and pest constantly in my apartment and terrible parking. Other than that, my time was great."

"I love Jasmine & Daniel. I moved here in 2022 and it was so easy and now I’m moving to a new unit within the apartment. The area may look a little rough but the people are nice and quiet and I haven’t had any complaints except the neighborhood cat that makes himself comfortable on everyone’s balcony (we should name him lol). They are a great team and willing to work with you if need be. I love the area so another year should be fine for me before I head off. If you’re looking for a quiet, nice apartment for the time being and management that actually cares, this is the place for you!"

"Water still isn't hot enough. I have to boil water just to wash dishes. When washing laundry water isn't hot enough to disinfect the towels, the hot water use to be hotter than it is now. But after they turned the water off temporarily a couple of months ago, it hasn't been the same plus the pressure gets low at times as well. I've made this my home and have been happy and comfortable but now I'm uncomfortable when dealing with these issues."
