"I went to tour this complex last Thursday and was impressed. The apartments themselves were nice and well kept. The young lady that took us on a tour of the grounds, Sabine, was amazing! Your customer service on point and I’m kinda jelly you aren’t one of my associates!! :-) My daughter and I left that day with high hopes in calling Bellevue our future home. I proceeded to submit requested financial documentation but was informed I was missing a couple of pieces of information. No problem, all I had to do was obtain the missing information. My employer recently switched the providers that handle our direct deposit accounts and we had yet to receive hard copies of our new check stubs in the mail. Our former company provided hard copies. After several hours of my employer contacting the new provider my boss was finally able to obtain 2 of my most recent stubs in PDF form, which I then submitted to the office staff. Daniela, the manager, proceeded to accuse me of falsifying fraudulent check stubs because they “looked different” though she was informed the newer stubs were being provided by a different company. Mind you, my employer was never contacted for verification before she made such accusations and the amount of the newer stubs matched the amount of my direct deposit on my bank statements. This was highly highly offensive. I’m a a single mom that works my butt off at a full time job along with 2 part time jobs to provide for my kids. The last thing I have time to do is attempt to falsify documents. Let’s face it if I had the ability to do so I’d aim for a better quality location…..just saying. I just hope the next time this “manager” finds herself at baseball or a basketball game she comes into my store so I, as well as my staff, can show her what proper customer service is. Stay away if you’re not trying to be falsely accused of a crime!!!!"

"I moved here in Feb 2023. The office staff is so awesome. Friendly , kind and always helpful Emily and the other ladies and just the best. Been peaceful and quiet. If you want a nice quiet and safe place to live. This is the place."
