Nice place at the beginning and went downhill fast with poor maintenance, no heat for three months (including the big freeze!), no communication with tenants. Last is that complex is in receivership with new management so who knows what's going on."

"The complex is under new management. There is no onsite manager. The staff rarely respond and their number for the offsite office goes straight to the answering machine. I decided to move out after management left the pool to turn green and with algae for several weeks. It is clear they do not care about the current residents. Stay away from this place and UrbanOne Properties."

"I have lived here for going on 9 months now. I WILL be resigning my lease when the time comes. I live in a one bedroom with my son and we moved here so that he could attend Poe elementary school, which is an amazing school! I have no car but it has not been a problem because we can get to anything we need in only a 5-15 minute walk. My neighbors are awesome and I feel very safe. I know, it does not look that great from the outside, BUT for the area of town, and the low rent cost, it is so worth it!! They are very cute apartments inside and the leasing manager is also very fair and kind."
