"I have lived in a two bedroom apartment for a year. I always felt secured as there are families and children living here. It is natural for families to celebrate and feast on weekends, so enjoy the free music on weekends. The office and maintenance staff are helpful and receptive to any complaints that we make. They try to fix it as soon as they can, considering they respond in the order they receive. My stay was extremely pleasant, have to relocate due to work or elso would continue living here."
"Me and my husband lived here for a year in a 1 bedroom upstairs apartment overlooking the highway. When we moved in it was very clean, everything good. No complaints on the apartment the only problem was roaches. Since we moved in it was pretty bad but my husband self exterminated and usually it worked. The other thing was the neighbors would be a bit noisey at night and the other neighbors had parties that went on pretty late on the weekends only but besides that it was quite and good. Everything was good on the apartment. When there was something that needed fixing We called the maintenance and they showed up that same day and fixed it. The ladies Maria and Mercedes were very nice in the office. We enjoyed it and will definitly be considering going back there if needed."
"Ok I have been here every since Dec I have called the office to have them come fixed the disposal have made 4 calls and still no one has come out to fix it and their excuses are because I have an alarm system in the apartment but yet I am here all morning and no one come by there are other things I have called for but nothing my thing is they want you to be in time with your rent but when u need service no one wants to work. I have really nice neighbors but as for customer service is just a zero I am losing air because does not have proper sealant around the door and there’s a large crack on the panel of the door where air is escaping also"
