"100% recommended!!! willow tree are some extremely calm apartments nothing like they say in the reviews neighbors are nice and just about themselves and the ladies at the office are extremely nice. 100% recommend asking for Cynthia she was the one to assist me and she made the whole process so quick and easy and just made sure i was comfortable and made sure i new all the bad and good in the apartments apart from that she’s the most kind hearted person ever and makes sure you feel welcomed and at home. They also have the pay half rent on the 1st and half on the 15th which is great for those who have other bills to pay and not have everything do all at once and the price for these apartments are amazing!! If i would have to choose between more apartments i would jsay willow tree is #1"

"If I could negative numbers I would. This place is a travesty. It should be demolished. The charged me 2,200 get in this piece of trash if s complex. Went to look at an apartment; a 3 bedroom as a model that was SUPPOSED to be similar to the 4 bedroom I needed. Staff assured me that other than the difference in size, both units were practically identical. Picked up the keys and walked into a roach infested dump. Every single door in the place has large, and I mean large poorly patched holes. The walls have large poorly patched holes. The entire unit walls are super old and outdated with the popcorn paint job. There are different variations of paint jobs in every wall. What I mean is you see some patterns going up and down; some horizontal; and, some just zigzag. Horrible. The cheap blinds that were their were all broken with missing pieces. I kid you not. Every single corner in each restroom had a huge built up combination of caulk and paint. They didn’t even have their courtesy to even TRY and paint the bathtubs which were brown and dirty. Stove half works. Refrigerator leaking and half cools. There is zero positives about this dump. It should be illegal for these people (personnel and management) to catfish people like this and scam them out of hard earned money. I will be contacting the Texas Association of Realtors, the Texas Workforce Commission Civil Rights Division (they regulate rental properties in Texas), and the Texas Attorney Generals Office ( they regulate and enforce Renters Rights in Texas). People are going to know what is going on here. Thank God I only signed a 6 month lease. Take note. This is not an exaggeration. Please beware and ensure you are viewing the actual apartment you will be moving into if you just have to rent here. I’d rather stay in a shelter than this dump."

"Very rude customer service that lady name Angie, and I don’t deserve that I pay my rent on time and I don’t cause trouble on the property but this is how they treated yiu when you do the right thing, my air conditioning stopped working on Friday night on 100° weather and roaches the whole property is infected, don’t be fooled they show you the model homes and those look new but once you sign the contract and they’ll give you your apartment number are you walking is a nightmare that’s exactly what happened to me so sad and the worst thing is that you have no rights as a tenant. They always win we lose."
