"I don’t live in the apt complex, but I do own a home on Sylvan Rd. It’s outrageous how rowdy, drunk people from this apt complex leave trash and broken beer bottles day and night all over Sylvan Rd in the Idylwood neighborhood. .This apt complex needs to hire full time security guards to protect tenants and the surrounding neighborhood from drunk people, shootings, robberies and car and home break-ins. There is clearly no background or credit check to rent one of these apts, and occupancy rules are not followed. I’d like to see this entire complex shut down. This is not a safe property and I couldn’t recommend it to anyone."

"Very.crowded Glass bottles everywhere as well as trash. The weekends are worse due to crowds of people drinking playing loud music I've actually have seen physical fights along with the Police and Constables patrolling often."

"I currently live here on 2/27/2017. I would give this place 0 stars, if possible. The office "manager" is very rude. The boiler doesn't work, and hasn't been working correctly for over a month now! One day you may have hot water, then for the next four you won't!! I told them AGAIN about no hot water, and they tell me "hopefully" it'll work again 2 days from now! REALLY!!?!! I had to go spend $65 for a hotel room, just so me and my family could take a hot shower!! And not to mention also, our apt is infested with roaches, which they won't do anything about that either, and people just throw their trash outside everywhere. It's horrible! I would suggest nobody ever rent here!!!!"

"I live in this complex, do NOT recommend for anyone to move here! The front offices lacks in customer service and the maintenance is poorly kept. There has always been issues with the hot water in this complex, approximately 3-4 times out of every month there is not even luke warm water. I have called multiple times to ask when it will be fixed and they always say "the maintenance man is working on it right now, there is nothing i can do about it, just wait." As an adult, I have errands to do and work to go to, just to walk into my bathroom and find out that there is NO water running. Neither hot or cold. I call the front office and the lady says " we had to turn it off to get the boiler working, if they turned it off it must be a good sign that the boiler is getting fixed." My issue is why not just get a new boiler since we clearly know that the current one doesn't work anymore. Very upsetting and required for me. When we pay rent we don't say here is half and the other part I will give to you when i fix my problems. The owner of this complex must do something about this problem now to avoid any further issues. p.s I would give it 0 stars but it isn't an option."
