"I loveeeeeee this place!! Office staff very professional at one point I was Gray on some things on my contract and I was upset I'm sure they new I was mad but she never lost her cool. I love the way she was understanding and explained every little thing I had question about. Very clean quiet no issues ever. Extending my lease!"

"Ashley is hands down the best manager/leasing specialist that's ever! I've stayed here for two years with minimum issues. The only downfall is limited parking, no extra facilities like a work out room, and limited maintenance (only one guy that does maintenance on property). The Q10 managers are horrible! The lady LAST NAME BUCHANAN hung up in my face when the tow truck accidentally towed my car. The pros is that it is conveniently located and the appliances in the units are new, and the people at the complex are nice. Overall I rate this peppery a 3 star for my two year experience at this location since it's opened."

"I was one of the first residents to move in while construction was still in process. Initially, community (2930) and management (Isabel) were great. However, after Isabel left they slowly started to crumble. Visitors are not allowed to park inside of the gate. Therefore, you have to park outside and risk a break in or it getting stolen. As my boyfriend's truck was stolen a few months ago. The office manager did nothing and actually was defensive. She also refused to provide me with her manager's information. She was one of multiple faces in and out since Isabel left. Don't let your visitors park inside as they will park at their own risk, meaning they can/will be towed, as mine was. Trash is everywhere at times despite our valet trash service. You will periodically hear the music blaring from clubs behind complex and gunshots as well. Maintenance requests that used to take a few days now take a week or so, or maybe they are just forgotten. And I'm almost convinced that they slowly allowed Section 8 to move in. Bottom line, despite the luxury style with wood floors, granite countertops and garden tub. These apartments are not what they used to be. You pay maybe a little less for luxury but sacrifice safety, cleanliness and consistent office staff which is key in apartment living."
