"The apartments has the potential to be a lot better. My apartment was not move-in ready, trash from the previous tenant still visible during move-in. I was informed that I must have my 1st months rent on the date of move-in when it was the end of the previous month and my deposit had been already paid. I have been living here for a week and I have not had an update on my dryer that is not here, I still have no kitchen drawers and no one is answering the phone. The grounds need to be maintained as they have had high grass for the past month prior to move-in. Just disappointing."
