"If you enjoy peace and luxury this is not the place for you. Frequent car break ins, deactivated key fobs, thin walls, no guaranteed parking on your floor even though you pay $15 per month to parking in the garage. Limited parking for guest. Receive notices on your door before your rent is late which is after the 3rd along with an email to pay your rent as if you didn't get a conservice bill 2 weeks prior. Will not be renewing my lease along with the other tenants who are move out daily. There are much better properties in the surrounding areas with a better price point for luxury and peace."
"This is my car - thanks to the person that posted a photo of it, as well! A car had its tires stolen in broad daylight on Thursday 2/8/24 in guest parking on the first floor where there are cameras and supposedly someone watching 24/7. Even a resident called down with information about the car that drove away with the tires and NOTHING has been done. No notice. No letter. No warning to the residents. A warning could have helped me keep my car safe. But. As Monica said “we’re not the police”. My tires were stolen on Saturday between 5-6:30 PM and another Toyota Corolla this weekend, as well. After many conversations yesterday with management and this morning - the Lenox Oaks Management team said, specifically Monica, that “it is not our job to protect you!” . If y’all thought this was a secure building, don’t be fooled. Read the reviews. No one feels safe here right now. 3 cars burglarized in 4 days and we had to basically beg them to send an email warning about crime. Another car was broken into last week. If they don’t get security or security cameras here or some new protocols, people are going to start moving out in droves. And rightfully so."
"Although most apartment complexes are prone to theft, Lenox Oaks CHARGES you to park in their garage, and management refuses to take accountability for theft. Is that fee that they are charging their tenants going towards security? Nope. They don’t even have security cameras in the garage. You are safer parking on the street than you are in the garage and that’s not even an exaggeration. I’ve seen windows broken, cars on bricks after all the wheels are taken, and even an attempt at stealing an ENTIRE vehicle. Imagine if you got hurt by one of these criminals just going to your car, management could not even provide law enforcement with basic footage. For what they are charging, they certainly can remedy this easily but after the several thefts in my short tenure here, it’s become blatantly apparent they do not care. In fact, it’s starting to seem like an inside job. I would factor in potential towing and sporadic insurance deductible expenses into your budget if you move here."
"I recently visited Lenox Oaks apartments for a tour, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The tour felt stale, lacking enthusiasm or personalized attention. While the amenities were decent, there weren't many, and I was put off by the fees and deposit required for basically everything you use. Additionally, the prices seemed steep considering the mediocre floor plans. One glaring issue I noticed was with the 1-bedroom bathrooms, which lacked a pantry. This means all towels and toiletries are exposed, which didn't sit well with my sense of organization and cleanliness. Overall, Lenox Oaks may not be the best fit for those seeking a polished living experience without compromising on practicality and value."
"I didn’t end up leasing here, but my tour with Brandon was great! He explained everything to me without being pushy. He really listened to what you are looking for, and provided with amazing suggestions. The pool is amazing! The whole complex smells brand new, and I love the fact that they are close to everything. The prices with their specials now is unbeatable. I could also tell that management is great here as they greeted everyone they meet with a smile/hi/hello. We were really considering in living here, but we my husband didn’t want to be close to a hospital. If you don’t mind that, this place is perfect!"
