"I’ve been here 1 year & just renewed. Nice area, kid friendly. Obviously with any apartment you have to keep it tidy and clean. Roaches do appear but the pest control service is awesome. I had a heavy issue with roaches after move in but to this date no roach in sight. Thank you Jennifer for the sweet hospitality."

Update: I’m on my second lease and still loving my unit and the management team here is amazing. Highly recommend. Update #2: the maintenance team is top notch! Every single submission I’ve sent in has been addressed, even when I ask for contract services like pest control. Again, highly recommend! (1/10/2024)"

"Only one pool is ever open. Packages get stolen all the time by neighbors. The social media pages are never up to date or seem to be ran consistently. Floors and stairs feel awfully unsafe. Never had roaches in my home until I moved in here it seems like all the apartments have them..the apartment they originally showed us was not the one we were moved into to. Personally I haven't had any issues with rent payments going through but many neighbors have told me they've had issues with their money going through multiple times. Also the water here seems to stop running regularly and were just met with an email telling us it is being worked on just for it to happen again in the same week. The staff and pest control come in whenever they please (sometimes without knocking), they are never here at the estimated time and just walk in. The main office is sometimes not even open on days it should be open on and other times they open later than usual. If i try to call its a hit or miss because they dont answer the phone regularly. Moved into an apartment with broken cabinets, roaches, mold, broken shower rod ect."

"I moved Saturday April 17,2021 Jennifer made it so easy for me to move in i felt comfortable. There are no assign parking so thats good. Visitors can park anywhere without anyone towed liek many apartments."Theres always available parking". However, i had a virtual walk through. Inside is lovely but i didnt see the patio, when i moved in the patio it had was old boards different colors and the patio door doesn't closed its broken, not a good thing to store anything. . There's no playground nor swimming pool so the kids are bored just hanging out around the apartment. The first 6 weeks of moving in there all the door knobs, towel racks, shower poles, toilet racks were all loose. Then the ceiling was leaking they took a month to repair? They didnt shampoo the carpet nor my daughters minnie mouse rug i had to throw it away. Then, I ve been paying the rent with money order for 3 months and the 4th month, i walk in to pay Joe said they never accepted money orders, I said i always paid with money order, he looked at me like i was lying??? he said hell accept the money order but next do it online which there is a fee. Really so that told me they are stealing the rent money. if they never accepted money orders. SMH.. UPDATE MAY 2022: Now that I’m moving out Jennifer send me a note stating, she gave Rent Relief the money back because baker Ripley paid my rent LOL Thats a lie? Why would rent Relief approve me knowing if i got money from Baker Ripley when they work together. Now i owe $5,000 SMH. Shes so wrong!!! Why would you send my rent relief money back to them for me to pay it out of pocket and didnt inform me she did that. I had a chance to dispute that. I have proof that Baker Ripely did not give me money. Now i cant dispute it because Jennifer didnt inform me until the 30 day period is over. Now its going on my credit/Rental History now i cant get a apartment under my name. Also, Why she didnt tell me i owe $5,000 when i paid April Rent????, Why she wait until i move out. SMH...Shes one sneaky lady. Dont care about anyone but herself. God sees what you do."
