"DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! These apartments are HORRIBLE! Management is extremely rude. Parking lot floods constantly. Roaches and mice everywhere. Hideous paint job on the outside. A pipe busted in my apartment causing the ceiling and wall in my kitchen to collapse as well as doing the same in the adjacent closet. It has been 3 weeks and the sheetrock has not been repaired although they did take the time to lie to me twice about it supposedly being planned for repair on consecutive mondays. My AC has gone out 4 times in less than 6 months. Each time it took them a week to even send a maintenance man. My faucet constantly falls off the wall when I turn the water on in my bath tub. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T RENT HERE. SAVE YOURSELF! I AM ACTIVELY LOOKING FOR A NEW PLACE. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS! WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!!!!!!!!!"

"These apartments are not good. You have nosey neighbors. The colors are just horrible. The parking lots flood with a little bit of rain.There is roaches and rats. Not much security. People park in the handicapped area without a permit. Visitors have to park all the way in the back. They never come and fix anything when needed. My dad had to come and fix the light. YOU ALSO HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PARKING, TRASH AND WATER. I do not recommend these apartments."

"Very bad Apartments flooding for any little amount of rain never fix the apartments if they say very grate positions that's a lie roches and mice every were day and night and they aldo turn it in very durty they don't clean it well before turn in"

"Its the worst...bad management there's blackouts there's flooding everytime it rains its horrible!!! Theres alot of roaches everywheres even outside in the parking area....Also they say free wifi & cable....Not true!!! Worst aparments ever!!!!"

"When I work night the kids will not let me sleep the parking lot floods with a little rain the road sucks there are holes everywhere it cost me 1800$ to fix my transmission due to the damage of the holes in the parking lot they also broke into my car they apartment are not hold responsible no camaras on parking lot"
