"I feel like I have to lock my doors when I visit here. People everywhere 3 or 4 food venders in the complex. Underaged males drinking and drunk everywhere as well. Not a good place to reside."

"I LIVE IN THESE APT .I LOVE THE COMPLEX.I LIKE THE LADIES IN MANAGEMENT. MAINTENANCE IS VERY HELPFUL WITH FIXING ANY PROBLEMS I MAY HAVE IF ANY.I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE APT FOR ANY FAMILY.YOUR APT IS WHAT U MAKE OF IT. BROADWAY VILLAGE MEEP UP THE GOOD WORK OF MAKING IT A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE."

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING IN THESE APARTMENTS! Yes the rent is “some what cheap” , but totally not worth your life or your family. My moms apartment got shot up we don’t know why or who would do something like that. Mind you we are good ppl we don’t mess with no one, we mind our business go to work, run errands and stay home... Yes we called the cops and the office was informed about the situation obviously nothing was done... I thank God my family is perfectly fine if I could I wouldn’t gave a star to these apartments!!!"
