"Wish there was an option for zero stars. Let’s start with the fact that my car has been towed twice over some stupid excuse the manager gave me. They work with the towing company. Second of all my lease was up on Dec 11,2023 and didn’t get notice about renewing til December 2, 2023 where was the 30 day notice. I went to the office in November to ask about my lease and GRISELDA supposedly didn’t know anything. I didn’t under stand that how are you a leasing agent but don’t know anything about someone’s lease. I decided to find an apartment because I was afraid I was not going to be able to renew my lease and end up being homeless. I moved out and on the 8th of December mind you before turning in my keys I went to do a final walk through and noticed that there was a notice to vacate inside the apartment after I already told them I was moving out by the 11th which is when my lease ended. When I went to turn in my keys on the eighth I asked the reason the letter was put inside the apartment and not on the door because it’s illegal to enter someone’s apartment with out 24hr notice unless you have a maintenance work order. Besides that they are trying to charge me a whole months rent. Very unprofessional staff and Griselda never knows anything. She always has to call the manager. I was also told that if I decided to renew my lease I can only do a 6 month lease because everyone has to be out by June because they are going to renovate but then have new tenants in the office signing a year lease. Horrible on another note the manager is holding my mail and will not let me get it so I will be handling that legally with the post office and the police. Thats all my rant do not rent from here I don’t care how cheap it is"

"First year here and will NOT be renewing my lease only been here for less than 6 months. The roaches are unbelievable! Bombed the place twice & keep house clean you will still see them I’ve even seen a rat run by before . They work with the towing company , when I first got here they didn’t have assigned parking spots now they have spots you can buy for $25 a month . You can’t even have a visit over more than 3 times a month sleep over . They have like 6 visitor spots but you still have to register the car if you don’t They WILL tow your car ! They just have to much going on here ."

"I'm seeing a few negative reviews. However I can't speak upon their experience however what I can say is the management staff that were there when I resided there were very professional. They accommodated you with maintenance issues. All you had to do was put in a work order & they met your needs. Also the landscaping company was on point when it came time to do yard work! The trash was taken off the premises every week @ the dumpsters. They have law enforcement come through late @ night patrolling making sure everyone was in @ a certain time unless you had to walk your pet to use it. Alta Verde is a pet friendly atmosphere too! They have convient wash rooms onsite to do your laundry which is very convenient. To top it off Alta Verde is very convenient to having convenient stores, Hobby Airport, restaurants & bus stops in the immediate area. You also have a Park right behind the apartments for your family & pets to go. I use to live her for over five years. The rent is a little high though depending on your needs & how many bedrooms you are looking for. It's all about supply & demand though."

"I called about this issue a month ago. Hopefully this is motivation enough to come fix it. Yes that is water damage. Yes that is mold. I will gladly edit my review once this issue (that is deterrent to my, my wife's, and my pet's health) is resolved. The mold was removed (or painted over) 5 weeks after being reported to the offices (the first time) the carpet however which was lifted because of the water damage still wasn't and still isn't refixed into the floor.."
