"This initially was a decent apartment complex. However, I’ve watched this complex diminish over the course of my lease term. They’ve recently switched management companies. The previous management company was okay, but this new management is terrible. The premises has not been adequately maintained. Elevators and common areas are dirty. The gate has been left open for almost a month now, and there are no signs of any efforts being made to repair. This is especially important, because although the apartments appear nice they are not located in a safe area. Rent prices have increased with no increase in the care of the premises or resident safety. I don’t write reviews often, so when I take the time to write it is truly because I want others to be informed of how good or bad something is. These “luxury” apartments are NOT worth it. There have been several issues with the water as well as the fire alarms since I’ve lived here. Also, if you are considering living near the pool, don’t. Quiet hours are not enforced and the residents are not considerate. In my humble opinion, the rent is too high for the residents to be inconvenienced and uncomfortable."

"This place is trash and management is extremely unprofessional. Multiple concerns have been brought up including elevator issues and disgusting smell of urine in there on the daily, broken backdoor that has not been fixed for months, online portal issues, swimming pool area looks depressing because they do not maintain it properly with landscaping. Management does not listen to the tenant's concerns but will be real quick to communicate with you about rent or inspections to be conducted very frequently. This place had so much potential but is the worse decision I ever made signing a lease here. Please be cautious and think twice before considering."

"I am this writing review for what happened today . An ongoing issue with the elevator in the building and the lack of response from the leasing office. I have been stuck in the elevator multiple times, including today, and have texted the leasing office about this issue, but it has not been resolved. This is the third time I have been stuck on the second floor, more then 5 min and it is becoming a safety concern. Furthermore, when I went to the leasing office to bring this issue to your attention in person, one of your staff members with black hair and a slim build was very dismissive and unprofessional. She interrupted me while I was trying to explain the situation and said, "I just got a delivery, wait." It was very disrespectful and rude of her to prioritize a delivery over the well-being of a tenant. As a paying tenant, I find it unacceptable that my safety concerns are being ignored, and that I am being treated in such a disrespectful manner. It is disheartening to see that the leasing office is not taking these issues seriously, especially when I pay a significant amount of rent each month. I hope that this issue can be addressed and resolved promptly. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that the elevator is fixed and that tenants are treated with respect and professionalism. Very disappointed for here."

"I highly advise anyone thinking of moving here to read ALL of the reviews as 95% of them (both good and bad) are true. I moved in February when the complex was still very new so I expected a few issues still needed to be worked out. Personally I have a couple issues with this place. My app won’t always connect to the front gate so I sometimes have to just wait until another resident opens the gate for me which is annoying. My upstairs neighbors are my personal hell. Residents say the walls are thin yet I only ever hear the people above me (yelling, stomping on the floor, running around, parties at all hours of the day and night) which I’ve complained about several times over the months that I’ve been here. I occasionally work from home and was in school so the noise would often be heard over my Zoom/Teams calls during the day. If peace and quiet is something you prioritize, get an apartment on the 4th floor, otherwise you’ll be annoyed almost daily like I am. Overall this is a decent place to live. The staff and amenities are great and it’s close to my job. Edit - removing a star because someone else had their car stolen. This is clearly becoming a frequent problem."

"I’ve been living here for 5 months, and my experience living here has been positive. The apartment itself is very spacious and modern! The grounds are also aesthetically pleasing and well maintained. The ladies in the leasing office are all very kind and helpful. We have had a few criminal activities happening, but the leasing employees always keep us informed. We live in Houston, so it’s expected. I also love the ease of letting visitors into the apartment. (Everything is done with a mobile phone). I would definitely recommend living here. I even recommended a friend of mine to live here as well! I’ll probably renew my lease next year if they keep it up!"
